A highlight of the afternoon was a compelling presentation from Danny Quinn, Managing Director of DataVita, and a leading voice in artificial intelligence. Danny offered a clear and practical look at how AI is evolving, where it’s heading, and—most importantly—how businesses can harness its potential in real-world ways.

A successful start to 2025 events

The event marks the start of a new series of gatherings designed to strengthen relationships with agents, keep industry peers informed, and offer a behind-the-scenes look at Ospa’s growing portfolio, including Mercury House due for completion 2026. Given the positive feedback, it is safe to say our first event was a great success.
