Appointments

To make an appointment please call O~Spa during opening hours.

Treatments to the value of £50.00 or more are payable at the time of making your reservation in order to secure your appointment. Credit card details are required for all bookings and a charge will be made if cancellation occurs within a 48 hour period:
24 – 48 hours 50%
24 hours or less 100%

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be purchased either in the Spa, online or via telephone. All vouchers have an expiry date of 6 months from date of purchase. Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.

Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time to allow time to confirm your treatment and complete any necessary paperwork. This time also allows you to relax and enjoy a complimentary beverage.

Treatment times include a lifestyle consultation to enable your therapist to personalise your treatment.

Late arrivals may mean that we are unable to provide the treatment booked or there will be a reduced treatment time.

Please, as a matter of courtesy to your therapist and other clientele, we ask that mobile phones are turned off. 
Due to health and safety we do not allow children in the Spa rooms, or to be left unattended in the waiting areas, whilst parents are having treatments.

Group Bookings

We can tailor any booking to suit your needs. Why not have your hen party, birthday celebration, or corporate event and have sole use of the premises? Please discuss your needs with us, we’ll do our best to accommodate you and make sure that you have a fabulous relaxing time!

Security

O~Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage to a client’s personal belongings however caused. Please do not bring valuables with you to the Spa and ensure that you take all items with you when you leave.

Returns & Replacement

We accept no liability whatsoever for the purchase and use of products which are not suited for your skin type - this includes, but is not limited to, skin reactions.  If you are unsure if an item is suitable for you, please visit the Spa where one of our experts will be able to advise you.

All returns must be accompanied by a returns authorisation number and your contact details.  Failure to specify your returns number may result in us being unable to process your return.

Delivery Terms

Under the distance selling regulations, goods must be delivered within a specific time frame.

For avoidance of doubt our delivery days are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Public holidays.

Orders placed before 11am are aimed to be dispatched on the same day.  If the order is received after 11am, or we are unable to dispatch on the same day we will aim to dispatch it on the next working day.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and whilst these services are usually next working day services, they are not guaranteed services and as such we make no guarantee for delivery within a set time frame.

Please note that services that require a signature will not be left without a signatory.

If you have not received your order after 3 working days, please contact us with your details and we will do what we can to track your order within the constraints of the carriers.

If, for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order within 30 days from the date of order, we will inform you immediately.  We may offer you an alternative, but you are under no obligation to accept and are quite wihin your rights to ask for a full refund.

Cancelling an order (Cooling Off Period)

Please note that other than gift vouchers, our products are perishable and therefore are not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations Cooling Off Period.

Once a product order is despatched you have no right to cancel.
